It deals of a winder model SE complete with INTERLACING (or INTERMINGLING) device and ELECTRONIC FEEDER with digital control (in each spindle). The intermingling process consists in "combining" an elastomeric yarn with a textured yarn or different yarn types in order to obtain a bigger yarn count or a "fancy" yarn. In practice there is an air flow which opens and closes the fiber. The working parameters (speed, meter counter, stretch of the elastomeric yarn, ...) are adjustable in each head. Changing the pressure of the compressed air and the winding speed, it is possible to change the quantity of the intermingling points and to obtain the desired results. The tension type is "comb".
